Orange Petals Doily Free Crochet Pattern

Today i have another crochet doily pattern to share with you all, it's called Orange Petals Doily.
The pattern is simple and i've included the written pattern & video tutorial to help you along the way.

Written Pattern:

Size: The doily measures approximately 26 cm (10.2 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate

Materials Used:
  • Fingering weight cotton yarn, size 1 - super fine16 grams needed for this pattern.
  • 3.0mm crochet hook.
  • Scissors
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
trc - treble crochet
dc3(4)tog - 3(4) double crochet closed together

ch3 picotch3, insert the hook into first ch, yarn over and pull the yarn through all loops on the hook.

()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.



Instructions:

Start with ch4, join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.

Round 1: ch3 (counts as a dc), ch3,
(1dc, ch3)* repeat 7 times around into the ring.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 2sl st. into next ch3 space, ch3 (counts as a dc), 3dc into that same ch3 space, ch1,
(4dc into next ch3 space, ch1)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.



Round 3: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next 3 sts, ch3,
(skip ch1, 1dc into next 4 sts, ch3)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 4: ch3 (counts as a dc), dc3tog over next 3 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch3 space,
(ch5, dc4tog over next 4 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch3 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc on top of the dc3tog.

Round 5: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, 
(ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 15 times around.
Join with ch1 + 1trc into first sc.

Round 6: ch3 (counts as a dc), 3dc into that (ch1 + 1trc) space of the previous round, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, ch5,
(4dc into next ch5 space, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, ch5)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.


Round 7: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next 3 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, ch5,
(1dc into next 4 sts, (ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 2 times, ch5)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 8: ch3 (counts as a dc), dc3tog over next 3 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, ch5, 4dc into next ch5 space, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space,
(ch5, dc4tog over next 4 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, ch5, 4dc into next ch5 space, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc on top of the dc3tog.

Round 9: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, ch5, 1dc into next 4 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space,
((ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 3 times, ch5, 1dc into next 4 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc into first sc.



Round 10: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch5, 
(1sc into ch5 space, ch5)* repeat 3 times, dc4tog over next 4 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space,
((ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 4 times, ch5, dc4tog over next 4 sts, ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc into first sc.

Round 11: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch2, ch3picot, ch2,
(1sc into next ch5 space, ch2, ch3picot, ch2)* repeat 47 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.

Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.

Spiderweb Doily Free Crochet Pattern

Today i am sharing my pattern for this simple crochet Spiderweb Doily.
This doily would make a nice addition to your home. All you need to start is a crochet hook and some yarn or thread in the color of your choice.

Round 5: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., ch5,
(skip ch4, 1dc into next 2 sts, ch5)* repeat 11 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 6: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., 6dc into next ch5 space,
(1dc into next 2 sts, 6dc into next ch5 space)* repeat 11 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 7: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., ch3,
(skip 2 st., 1dc into next 2 sts, ch3)* repeat 23 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 8: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., ch5,
(skip ch3, 1dc into next 2 sts, ch5)* repeat 23 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 9: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., ch6,
(skip ch5, 1dc into next 2 sts, ch6)* repeat 23 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 10: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., ch9,
(skip ch6, dc2tog over next 2 sts, ch9)* repeat 23 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 11: sl st. into next ch9 space, ch2 (counts as a hdc), (5hdc, ch4, 6hdc) into that same ch9 space,
((6hdc, ch4, 6hdc) into next ch9 space)* repeat 23 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch2.

Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.

Crochet Fresh Mint Doily Free Pattern

Join with a sl st. into first sc.

Easy Star Ornament Crochet Pattern

The pattern for this 5 ponted crochet Star Ornament is very easy and it works up super quickly. It is made just in 2 rounds. These stars can be used for all sorts of decorative projects.

Skill Level: Easy

Materials Used:

  • 50% Cotton, 50% Acrylic  DK weight, size #3 yarn.
  • 4.0mm (G/6) crochet hook
  • Scissors
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc- double crochet
trc - treble crochet
