Round Flower Placemat Doily - Free Crochet Pattern

I have a lovely Round Flower Placemat Doily crochet pattern for you today. These doily placemats will definitely brighten up your table. πŸ₯°
I used BPdc (back post double crochet) stitch to create a lovely textured design.

Written Pattern

Size:
The doily measures approximately 27 cm (10.6 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level:
Intermediate

Materials Used:

  • Sport weight yarn, size 2 - fine. I used Madame Tricote Paris Camilla cotton yarn in the colorway 4917 (light blue) - 35 grams of yarn needed for this pattern and Nako Fiore 25% linen, 35% cotton, 40% bamboo yarn in the colorway 11526 (Pink Coral) - 29 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 3 mm crochet hook.
  • Scissors.
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.



Abbreviations (US terms)

st. - stitch
ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
trc - treble crochet
BPdc - back post double crochet
BP sl st. - back post slip stitch

()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.

Instructions

Start with ch5, join with a sl st. to form a ring.

Round 1: ch3 (counts as a dc), 11dc into the ring.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 2: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into same st., 2dc into each st. around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 3: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into same st., 1dc into next st.,
(2dc into next st., 1dc into next st.)* repeat 11 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 4: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into same st., 1dc into next 2 sts,
(2dc into next st., 1dc into next 2 sts)* repeat 11 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.



Round 5: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into same st., 1dc into next 3 sts,
(2dc into next st., 1dc into next 3 sts)* repeat 11 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 6: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into same st., 1dc into next 4 sts,
(2dc into next st., 1dc into next 4 sts)* repeat 11 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.


Round 7: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into same st., 1dc into next 5 sts,

Crochet Round Motif Doily Coaster - Easy Pattern


Hi Everyone! πŸ™‚

Today i have a Round Motif Doily Coaster crochet pattern to share with you. These can be used individually as coasters or joined together to create tablecloths, tops, dresses, etc.

Written Pattern:

Size: The motif measures approximately 19 cm (7.5 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate.

Materials Used:
  • DK weight yarn, size 3 - light. I used Gazzal Knitting Club Organic Baby Cotton 100% cotton yarn in the colorway 425 (pink). 11 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 3mm crochet hook.
  • Scissors.
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.


Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
dc3(4)tog - 3 or 4 double crochet closed together

Yellow Lace Doily - Crochet Pattern

Today i'd like to introduce you to my Yellow Lace Doily crochet pattern.
It is made in only 12 rounds using cotton yarn. You can crochet this in any type of yarn or thread.

Written Pattern:

Size: The doily measures approximately 26 cm (10.2 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Intermediate


Materials Used: 

  • Fingering weightsize 1 - super fine cotton yarn. I used Alize Bella cotton yarn in the colorway 110 (light yellow). 18 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 3 mm crochet hook.
  • Scissors.
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or you can use a crochet hook.


Abbreviations (US terms):


st. - stitch
ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
dtrc - double treble crochet
dc2(3, 4)tog - 2, 3 or 4 double crochet closed together


ch3(4)picot - ch3 or ch4, insert the hook into first ch (into 3rd or 4th ch from hook), yarn over and pull the yarn through all loops on the hook.

()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.



Instructions:

Start with ch4 and join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.


Round 1: ch1, 8sc into the ring.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.

Round 2: ch5 (counts as a dtrc), 1dtrc into same st., ch5,
(2dtrc into next st., ch5)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the first ch5.

Join with ch2 + 1dc on top of the first dc3tog.

Join with ch2 + 1dc into first sc.

Round 5: ch1, 1sc into that same (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch6,

Crochet Granny Stitch Star - Free Pattern

I have got an easy Granny Stitch Star crochet pattern for you today. It's worked up in 3 rounds using sport weight cotton yarn and a 3 mm crochet hook.
If you can crochet the basic stitches, you are good to go.
