Written Pattern:

Size: The doily measures approximately 24 cm (9.4 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate

Materials Used:
  • Sport weight yarn, size 2 - fine. I used Drops Safran 100% cotton yarn weight/length: 50 g = approx 160 m in the colorway 50 (mint). 17 grams (55 meters approx.) of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 3mm crochet hook.
  • Scissors.
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.
Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
trc - treble crochet
dtrc - double treble crochet

dtrc2tog - 2 double treble crochet closed together - (yarn over 3 times, insert the hook into indicated st., yarn over and draw up a loop. Yarn over and pull through 2 loops on hook, yarn over and pull through 2 loops on hook, yarn over and pull through 2 loops on hook)* repeat 1 more time. Now you have 3 loops on hook. Yarn over and pull through all 3 loops.
