Written Pattern:

Size: The motif measures approximately 10 cm x 10 cm (4 inches x 4 inches).

Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate.

Materials Used:
  • Sport weight yarn, size 2 - fine. I used Alize Bahar mercerised 100% cotton yarn in the colorways 143 (powder pink) and 368 (camel). 7 grams ( 18,5 meters approx.) of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 3.5mm (US size E4) crochet hook.
  • Scissors.
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
dc4(5)tog - 4 or 5 double crochet closed together

dc4(5)tog4(5) double crochet closed together - (yarn over, insert the hook into indicated ch space, yarn over and draw up a loop. Yarn over and pull through 2 loops on hook)* repeat 3(4) more times. Now you have 5(6) loops on hook. Yarn over and pull through all 5(6) loops.
