Today i have the Apple Green Doily crochet pattern to share with you.
It is an easy and simple pattern to create, and it's suitable for those who are familiar with the basic stitches.
This pattern can be also turned into a rug by using a thick yarn and a large crochet hook.

Written Pattern:
Size: The doily measures approximately 26 cm (10.2 inches) in diameter.
Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate
Materials Used:
- Sport weight mercerized cotton yarn, size 2 - fine. I used Madame Tricote Paris Camilla yarn in the colorway 5329 (light green). 31 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
- 3.0mm crochet hook.
- Scissors.
- Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.
Abbreviations (US terms):
st. - stitch
ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
trc - treble crochet
dc3(4)tog - 3 or 4 double crochet closed together
()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.
Instructions:
Start with ch4, join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.
Round 1: ch3 (counts as a dc), ch2,
(1dc into the ring, ch2)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 2: ch3 (counts as a dc), 3dc into same st.,
(skip next ch2, 4dc into next st.)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 3: ch3 (counts as a dc), dc3tog over next 3 sts, ch7,
(dc4tog over next 4 sts, ch7)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the dc3tog.
Round 4: sl st. into next 2 ch sts of next ch7, ch3 (counts as a dc), 6dc into that same ch7 space, ch3,
(7dc into next ch7 space, ch3)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 5: ch3 (counts as a dc), dc3tog over next 3 sts, ch5, dc4tog over the same st. and next 3 sts (first st. into same st. and 3 sts into next 3 sts),
(ch5, 1dc into next ch3 space, ch5, dc4tog over next 4 sts, ch5, dc4tog over the same st. and next 3 sts)* repeat 7 times around.
Ch5, 1dc into next ch3 space. Join with ch2 +1dc on top of the dc3tog.
Round 6: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch5,
(1sc into next ch5 space, ch5)* repeat 23 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
Round 7: sl st. into next ch5 space, ch3 (counts as a dc), 4dc into that same ch5 space,
(5dc into next ch5 space)* repeat 23 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 8: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into each st. around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 9: ch1, 1sc into same st.,
(ch5, skip next 2 sts, 1sc into next st.)* repeat 39 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc into first sc.
Round 10: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round,
(ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 39 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc into first sc.
Round 11: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round,
(ch6, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 39 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1trc into first sc.
Round 12: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1trc) space of the previous round, 4dc into next ch6 space, ch3, 4dc into that same ch6 space,
(1sc into next ch6 space, 4dc into next ch6 space, ch3, 4dc into that same ch6 space)* repeat 19 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.

Round 6: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch5,
(1sc into next ch5 space, ch5)* repeat 23 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
