Written Pattern:

Size:
Width: 22cm (8,6 inches), Length: 150cm (59 inches)

Materials:
  • Sport weight yarn, size 2 - fine. I used Vidalana Dream yarn ( 300m/100g. 70% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere) in the colorway Pimento. 165 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 4mm (US size G/6) crochet hook.
  • Yarn needle.
  • Scissors.
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Gauge:
16 stitches x 14 rounds = 10cm (4 inches) in half double crochet.

Skill Level:
Easy to Intermediate

Abbreviations (US terms):
st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double cochet
dc - double crochet
trc - treble crochet
hdc5(4)tog - 5(4) half double crochet closed together.

hdc5tog (puff stitch)5 half double crochet closed together - Yarn over, insert your hook into stitch, yarn over, pull the yarn through the stitch. Yarn over and insert your hook into same stitch 4 more times. Now you should have 11 loops on hook. Yarn over and pull the yarn through all 11 loops.
