Today i have another crochet doily pattern to share with you all, it's the Pineapple Doily.
The pattern is simple and i've included the written pattern & video tutorial to help you along the way.

Written Pattern:
Size: The doily measures approx. 24 cm (9.4 inches) in diameter.
Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate
Materials Used:
- Fingering weight 100% cotton yarn, size 1 - super fine. I used Alize Bella cotton yarn in the colorway 487 (orange). 14 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
- 3mm crochet hook.
- Scissors.
- Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.
Abbreviations (US terms):
st. - stitch
ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
dc2tog - 2 double crochet closed together
trc - treble crochet
dtrc - double treble crochet
ch3(4)picot - ch3(4), insert your hook into the center of the base stitch (or, insert the hook into first ch), yarn over, pull through all loops on the hook.
()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.
Instructions:
Start with ch6, join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.
Round 1: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into the ring,
(ch4, dc2tog)* repeat 7 times into the ring.
Join with ch1 + 1dc into first dc.
Round 2: ch1, 1sc into that (ch1 + 1dc) space of the previous round,
(ch6, 1sc into next ch4 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1trc into first sc.
Round 3: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1trc) space of the previous round,
(ch7, 1sc into next ch6 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dtrc into first sc.
Round 4: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dtrc) space of the previous round, ch3picot, 1sc into that same (ch2 + 1dtrc) space,
(ch7, (1sc, ch3picot, 1sc) into next ch7 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch3 + 1trc into first sc.
Round 5: ch1, 1sc into that (ch3 + 1trc) space of the previous round, ch9,
(1sc into next ch7 space, ch9)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
Round 6: 2sl st. into next ch9, ch1, 9sc into that same ch9 space,
(ch4, 9sc into next ch9 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch1 + 1dc into first sc.
Round 7: ch1, 1sc into that (ch1 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch2, 1sc into next st., (ch4, skip 1st., 1sc into next st.)* 4 times,
(ch2, 1sc into next ch4 space, ch2, 1sc into next st., (ch4, skip 1st., 1sc into next st.)* 4 times)* repeat 7 times around.
Ch2, join with a sl st. into first sc.
Round 8: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into the base of that ch3, ch4, 1sc into next ch4 space, (ch3, 1sc into next ch4 space)* 3 times, ch4,
(skip next st., skip ch2, 2dc into next st., ch4, 1sc into next ch4 space, (ch3, 1sc into next ch4 space)* 3 times, ch4)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 9: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into the base of that ch3, 2dc into next st., ch5, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch3, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch3, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch5,
(skip next st., skip ch4, 2dc into next st., 2dc into next st., ch5, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch3, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch3, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch5)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 10: ch3 (counts as a dc), (ch1, 1dc into next st.)* 3 times, ch5, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch3, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch5,
(skip next st., skip next ch5 space, (1dc into next st., ch1)* 3 times, 1dc into next st., ch5, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch3, 1sc into next ch3 space, ch5)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 11: ch3 (counts as a dc), (ch2, 1dc into next st.)* 3 times, ch5, 1sc into ch3 space, ch5,
(skip next st., skip ch5, (1dc into next st., ch2)* 3 times, 1dc, ch5, 1sc into ch3 space, ch5)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 12: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into the base of that ch3, 2dc into next ch2 space, 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 2dc into next st., ch4, ch4picot, ch4,
(skip next ch5, skip next st., skip next ch5, 2dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 2dc into next st., ch4, ch4picot, ch4)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.
Instructions:
Start with ch6, join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.

Join with ch1 + 1dc into first dc.

Round 4: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dtrc) space of the previous round, ch3picot, 1sc into that same (ch2 + 1dtrc) space,
(ch7, (1sc, ch3picot, 1sc) into next ch7 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch3 + 1trc into first sc.
Round 5: ch1, 1sc into that (ch3 + 1trc) space of the previous round, ch9,
(1sc into next ch7 space, ch9)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
Round 6: 2sl st. into next ch9, ch1, 9sc into that same ch9 space,
(ch4, 9sc into next ch9 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with ch1 + 1dc into first sc.

Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
Round 12: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into the base of that ch3, 2dc into next ch2 space, 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 2dc into next st., ch4, ch4picot, ch4,
(skip next ch5, skip next st., skip next ch5, 2dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 1dc into next st., 2dc into next ch2 space, 2dc into next st., ch4, ch4picot, ch4)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.
