  2. I LOVE this design as well as all of your patterns. I have tried out soooo many doily patterns and 90% of them are not working out for me. They bulk or make a bowl. Now I have made 6 different of your designs and all of them were just fine. Even those I made with thinner yarn than the pattern calls for. THANK YOU so much I might be you biggest doily fan! :)

    1. There are 8 repeats in total. The first one is: ch3 (counts as a dc), 8dc into that same ch4 space, 1sc into next ch4 space.
After that you must work: (9dc into next ch4 space, 1sc into next ch4 space)*7 times.

  4. She must have meant to say 7 more times because in the picture there are 8

  5. How do you Join with ch1 + 1dc into first sc? Do you do a slip stitch to join and then do the ch1 and 1 dc. And then the next row it says to ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, when I am doing this it's not looking like yours.

    1. You must work ch1 and 1dc into first sc at the beginning of the round to make last ch4 space. Do not slip stitch. In next round ch1 and 1sc into that ch4 space you've just made.
