Easy Star Ornament Crochet Pattern

Twinkle, twinkle little star... ⭐

The pattern for this 5 ponted crochet Star Ornament is very easy and it works up super quickly. It is made just in 2 rounds. These stars can be used for all sorts of decorative projects.

Written Pattern:

Size: The star measures approximately 8 cm (3.1 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy

Materials Used:

50% Cotton, 50% Acrylic DK weight, size #3 yarn.
4.0mm (G/6) crochet hook
Scissors
Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc- double crochet
trc - treble crochet

ch4picot - ch4, insert the hook into the base st., yarn over, pull the yarn through all loops on hook.

()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.

Instructions:

Start with a magic (adjustable) ring. Or, ch5 and join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.

Round 1: ch3 (counts as a dc), 14dc into the ring.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 2: ch1, 1sc into same st., 1hdc into same st., (1dc, 1trc, ch4picot, 1trc, 1dc) into next st., (1hdc, 1sc) into next st.,
((1sc, 1hdc) into next st., (1dc, 1trc, ch4picot, 1trc, 1dc) into next st., (1hdc, 1sc) into next st.)* repeat 4 times around.
Join wit a sl st. into first sc.

Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.

Crochet Lace Coaster Free Pattern

Crochet coasters are some of the easiest projects to make. Now i have the Lace Coaster free crochet pattern so you can make your own coasters too.

This pattern is a nice project for your table or as a gift for any occasion.

You can go up in yarn and hook size to crochet a bigger coaster.

Size: The coaster measures approximately 13cm (5.1 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy

Materials Used:

Fingering weight cotton yarn, size 1 - super fine. 6 grams of yarn needed for this pattern.
3.0mm crochet hook.
Scissors.
Yarn Needle or Latch Hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Written Pattern:

Size: The doily measures approximately 17 cm (6.7 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate

Materials Used:

Cotton sport weight yarn
3mm crochet hook
Scissors
Yarn Needle or Latch Hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet

()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.

Instructions:

Start with a ch4, join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.

Round 1: ch1, 8sc into the ring. Join with a sl st. into first sc.

Christmas Bell Decoration Free Crochet Pattern

Get your hooks out for this easy Christmas Bell Pattern! I've created this to help you add some holiday spirit to your home. 🎄🔔
Use these cute bells as ornaments on your Christmas tree or as decorations anywhere in the house.

You can use any yarn and hook size you want.

Abbreviations (US terms):

st. - stitch
sl st. - slip stitch
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
dc - double crochet
dc2tog - 2 double crochet closed together

ch3picot - ch3, insert the hook into the base st., yarn over, pull the yarn through all loops on hook.

()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.

Instructions:

Start with a magic (adjustable) ring, leaving a long tail for the hanging loop.

Round 1: ch3 (counts as a dc), 23dc into the ring.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3. (24)

Round 2: ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into next st., ch1,
(skip 1 st., 1dc into next 2 sts, ch1)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

Round 3: sl st. into next st., sl st. into next ch1 space, ch3 (counts as a dc), 1dc into that same ch1 space, ch2,
(2dc into next ch1 space, ch2)* repeat 7 times around.
