Easy Crochet Coaster Pattern



Hi everyone! πŸ˜ƒ

Today i have an Easy Coaster crochet pattern to share with you.
These coasters will be perfect for adding colorful decor to your table setting and your home. They work up fast in just 5 rounds.
You can go up in yarn and hook size to make a bigger coaster.

Size: The doily measures approx. 28 cm (11 inches) in diameter.

Skill Level: Easy



Materials Used:


  • Sport weight yarn, size 2 - fine. I used Nako Fiore 25% linen, 35% cotton, 40% bamboo viscose yarn. 8 grams (24 metres approx.) of yarn needed for this pattern.
  • 3mm crochet hook.
  • Scissors.
  • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.


  • Abbreviations (US terms):
    st. - stitch
    ch - chain
    sl st. - slip stitch
    sc - single crochet
    hdc - half double crochet
    dc - double crochet
    dc2(3)tog - 2 or 3 double crochet closed together

    ()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.



    Instructions:

    Start with ch5. Join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.

    Round 1: ch2 (counts as a hdc), 11hdc into the ring.
    Join with a sl st. on top of the ch2.

    Round 2: ch2 (counts as a hdc), 1hdc into same st.,
    2hdc into each st. around.
    Join with a sl st. on top of the ch2.

    Round 3: ch3 (counts as a dc), ch2, 1dc into same st.,
    (skip next st., (1dc, ch2, 1dc) into next st.)* repeat 11 times around.
    Join with a sl st. into 3rd ch.

    Round 4: sl st. into next ch2 space, ch3 (counts as 1dc of dc3tog), dc2tog into same ch2 space, ch3, dc3tog into same ch2 space, ch1,
    ((dc3tog, ch3, dc3tog) into next ch2 space, ch1)* repeat 11 times around.
    Join with a sl st. on top of the dc2tog.


    Round 5: sl st. into next ch3 space, ch3 (counts as a dc), 5dc into same ch3 space, 2sc into next ch1 space,
    (6dc into next ch3 space, 2sc into next ch1 space)* repeat 11 times around.
    Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

    Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.

    Aurora Doily Placemat - Free Crochet Pattern

    Today i would like to introduce you to my Aurora Doily Placemat crochet pattern. This would be a nice project for your table or as a gift for any occasion.
    If you can crochet in the round and know how to work single, half double, double and treble crochet, you are good to go.

    Written Pattern:

    Size: The doily placemat measures approx. 28 cm (11 inches) in diameter.
    Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate.

    Materials Used:
    • Fingering weight cotton yarn, size 1 - super fine. I used Alize Bella 100% cotton yarn in the colorway 488 (yellow). 25 grams (90 meters approx.) of yarn needed for this pattern.
    • 3mm crochet hook.
    • Scissors.
    • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

    Abbreviations (US terms):

    st. - stitch
    ch - chain
    sl st. - slip stitch
    sc - single crochet
    hdc - half double crochet
    dc - double crochet
    trc - treble crochet

    ch3picot -  ch3, insert the hook into first ch (into 3rd ch from the hook), yarn over, pull the yarn through all loops on hook.

    ()* - repeat the instructions between the brackets the number of times indicated.


    Instructions:


    Start with ch5. Join with a sl st. into first ch to form a ring.

    Round 1: ch2 (counts as a hdc), 15hdc into the ring. 
    Join with a sl st. on top of the ch2.

    Join with a sl st. on top of the ch3.

    Oval Doily Table Runner Crochet Pattern

    Today I have an Oval Doily Table Runner crochet pattern to share with you. It is made in only 13 rounds using mercerised cotton yarn. You can crochet this in any type of yarn or thread.

    Written Pattern:

    Size: The doily measures approximately 41 x 30 cm (16.1 x 11.8 inches).

    Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate

    Materials Used:
    • Sport weight mercerized cotton yarn, size 2 - fine. I used Alize Bahar mercerised 100% cotton yarn in the colorway 465 (Mint). 54 grams (140,5 meters approx.) of yarn needed for this pattern.
    • 3.0mm crochet hook.
    • Scissors.
    • Yarn needle or Latch hook for weaving in ends. Or, you can use a crochet hook.

    Abbreviations (US terms):

    st. - stitch
    ch - chain
    sl st. - slip stitch
    sc - single crochet
    dc - double crochet

    ch3picot - ch3, insert your hook into the center of the base stitch (or, insert the hook into first ch made), yarn over, pull through all loops on the hook.

    Foundation: ch22

    Wild Rose Doily - Free Crochet Pattern



    Hello Everyone! πŸ™‚
    Today i'm here to share my Wild Rose Doily chrochet pattern. This doily pattern will work well for those who are familiar with the basic crochet stitches.
    It can also be turned into a rug by using a thick yarn and a large crochet hook.
    All you need to start is some yarn or thread in the color of your choice and a crochet hook.
