This time I am sharing the Round Lacy Flower Doily crochet pattern with you. This pattern will work well for those who are familiar with the basic crochet stitches.
It's made in 19 rounds using sport weight linen, cotton and bamboo viskose blend yarn and a 3mm crochet hook. All you need to start is some yarn or thread in the color of your choice and a crochet hook. You can go up in yarn and hook size to make a bigger doily.

Size: The doily measures approx. 35 cm (13.8 inches) in diameter.

ch - chain
sl st. - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
trc - treble crochet

Note that the doily can curl up at some points of making it. Don't worry, it will flatten back down when further rounds are done!
Round 1: ch2 (doesn't count as a st.), 16dc into ring.
Join with a sl st. into first dc. (16 sts)
Round 2: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into same dc st.,
(ch3, 1sc into next dc st.)* repeat 15 times around.
Join with ch1 + 1hdc (counts as last ch3) into first sc.
Round 3: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into that same (ch1 + 1hdc) space of previous round,
(ch3, 1sc into next ch3 space)* repeat 15 times around.
Join with ch1 + 1hdc (counts as last ch3) into first sc.
Round 4: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into that same (ch1 + 1hdc) space of previous round,
(ch4, 1sc into next ch3 space)* repeat 15 times around.
Join with ch1 + 1dc (counts as last ch4) into first sc.
Round 5: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into that same (ch1 + 1dc) space of previous round, ch4,
(1sc into next ch4 space, ch4)* repeat 15 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
Round 6: sl st. into next ch4 space, ch3 (counts as a dc), 8dc into same ch4 space, 1sc into next ch4 space,
(9dc into next ch4 space, 1sc into next ch4 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. into 3rd ch of beginning ch3.
Round 7: sl st. into next 4 dc sts, ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into same dc st., ch9,
(skip next 4 dc sts, skip next sc st., skip next 4 dc sts, 1sc into next dc st., ch9)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
Round 8: ch2 (doesn't count as a st.), 1dc into same sc st., 11dc into next ch9 space,
(1dc into next sc st., 11dc into next ch9 space)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first dc. (96 sts)
Round 9: ch2 (doesn't count as a st.), 2dc into same dc st., 1dc into next 11 dc sts,
(2dc into next dc st., 1dc into next 11 dc sts)* repeat 7 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first dc. (104 sts)
Round 10: ch5 (counts as 1dc + ch2),
(skip next dc st., 1dc into next dc st., ch2)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with a sl st. into 3rd ch of beginning ch5.
Round 11: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1hdc into same st., 2hdc into next ch2 space,
(1hdc into next dc st., 2hdc into next ch2 space)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first hdc. (156 sts)
Round 12: ch5 (counts as 1dc + ch2),
(skip next 2 dc sts, 1dc into next dc st., ch2)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with a sl st. into 3rd ch of beginning ch5.
Round 13: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1hdc into same st., 2hdc into next ch2 space,
(1hdc into next dc st., 2hdc into next ch2 space)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first hdc. (156 sts)
Round 14: ch6 (counts as 1dc + ch3),
(skip next 2 dc sts, 1dc into next dc st., ch3)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with a sl st. into 3rd ch of beginning ch6.
Round 15: ch2 (doesn't count as a st.), 1dc into same st., 3dc into next ch3 space,
(1dc into next dc st., 3dc into next ch3 space)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first dc. (208 sts)
Round 16: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into same dc st.,
(ch5, skip next 3 dc sts, 1sc into next dc st.)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc (counts as last ch5) into first sc.
Round 17: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into that same (ch2 + 1dc) space of previous round,
(ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc (counts as last ch5) into first sc.
Round 18: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into that same (ch2 + 1dc) space of previous round,
(ch6, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 51 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1trc (counts as last ch6) into first sc.
Round 19: ch1 (doesn't count as a st.), 1sc into that same (ch2 + 1trc) space of previous round, ch2, (1dc, ch1)* repeat 4 times into next ch6 space, 1dc into same ch6 space, ch2,
(1sc into next ch6 space, ch2, (1dc, ch1)* repeat 4 times into next ch6 space, 1dc into same ch6 space, ch2)* repeat 25 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
Ch1, cut off the yarn, fasten off and weave in the ends.
